I am a consultant clinical psychologist based in Uckfied, East Sussex. I am available for assessments, therapy, supervision and consultation.

I am skilled in assessment and psychological therapy and I use an integrative approach drawing from a range of models including CBT, EMDR, ACT, narrative therapy and positive psychology. I have experience working with people who would like to develop personally, or enhance their well-being (for example resolving difficulties with stress, sleep or relationships); right the way through to complex and distressing mental health difficulties, physical health problems, and cognitive problems. I have a particular interest in neurodiversity.
